  • Algorithms for Compressed Data, grant 2012 from the Danish research council.
  • Efficient String Matching Through Word-Level Parallelism (SWLP), grant for 2008-2010 from the Danish research council.
  • Deep Structures, Singularities and Computer Vision (DSSCV), project member 2002-2005.
  • Program Committees: ESA 2011, LATA 2011, SPIRE 2011
  • Organizer: Summer school on algorithms for advanced processor architectures (AFAPA), ALGO 2009
